Returns and refunds

For apparel and tumblers, Haunting Desires accepts returns only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept change-of-mind returns for these products.

Report a damaged or incorrect item

Please email Hauntingdesires25@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging.

Return instructions and postage

Contact us before sending an item back. We will review your request and provide instructions, including the return address, if a return is required. Haunting Desires covers return postage for approved returns of damaged or incorrect items.

Resolution and refunds

We will contact you after reviewing your request to explain the next steps and available resolution. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any mandatory cancellation or return rights.
